Aqua Nueva – London
This project was at the renowned Aqua Nueva restaurant in Argyll Street, London where we worked closely with the main contractor in the refurbishment of the restaurant whilst not affecting trade in the sister restaurant Kyoto.
Located on the top floor of the former Dickens & Jones department store in Regent Street in the heart of London’s West End, Aqua Nueva is a contemporary Spanish restaurant and very stylish dining destination with a sleek interior and the most spectacular roof terrace with more than 3000 square foot of space.
TMI were asked to cover modifications to the existing Mechanical Services adapted to suit the new layout, comprising: Sprinkler, Plumbing and Waste modifications, Comfort Cooling / Heating and Ventilation modifications and Domestic Water Services.

Eton College Rowing Centre, Dorney Lake
Located just 30 minutes from London, nestled amongst scenic parkland, Dorney Lake is a world class sporting and events venue. These magnificent lakeside meeting facilities offer a perfect setting for events and conferences.
TMI were asked to supply and fix all Mechanical aspects of the Boathouse Kitchen and Dining Room refurbishment. This included Hot and Cold water service installation, dining room fresh air and cooling system installation, above ground drainage and kitchen mechanical ventilation.
Limewood Hotel & Country Club – New Forest, Hampshire
TMI were involved with this venue to alter an existing games room into a new cookery school run by the well-known chefs, Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder.
The works involved alteration to the existing piped services, and ventilation to provide an atmospheric environment for guests. Enhancing the experience of being taught by tutors with such great expertise.

Aubaine – Hyde Park, London
TMI were the piped services contractor for the recently opened addition to the Aubaine group. We were involved with the water, drainage and gas works for the new venue. These had to be carefully integrated into the Hilton Hotel services to ensure that there was no disruption to the hotel operation whilst the venue was formed.
Xen Do – London
TMI were involved with the Mechanical services package for this exciting new chain of martial art gyms. This is the second venue, the first being in Baker Street. We installed all domestic piped services, ventilation and air conditioning from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, for the customers comfort.

Wright Brothers – Kensington, London
TMI have been involved with this expansion of the Wright Bros Oyster bars and undertook the refurbishment and alterations to the above ground drainage and water services over three floors.

Mr Fogg’s Tavern – London
TMI have been closely involved with WFC and The Inception Group in the formation of the second venue in the Mr Fogg's brand. This comprehensive project involved the complete refurbishment over three floors, to form a welcoming and lively bar on the ground floor, dining and Gin Parlour on the first floor, the Basement and back of house areas. TMI were involved with all the building services, above ground drainage, heating and water services, air conditioning and ventilation to the public and kitchen areas.
Camino, Shoreditch
Shoreditch is the newest member of the Camino family. With a 75 covers tapas bar plus an 80 covers restaurant and 40 cover heated terrace, this restaurant is set on the ground floor of Curtain Road, South East London.
